Order Processing We are an independent design studio based in Guangzhou. Before any item leaves our hands, it goes through a strict quality control and packing process to ensure it matches our standards. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. 

Shipping Times & Rates (North America) We partner with reliable international couriers to get your gear to you safely.

• Free Shipping: On all orders over $120.00 

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date your order was placed. 

Order Tracking Once your order drops, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or the courier's tracking portal. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes For our US customers, imports under $800 are generally free from additional customs duties and taxes. For other regions, the customer is responsible for any potential import fees.
