退款政策

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Policy: We accept returns for Store Credit or Exchange only within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not issue refunds back to the original method of payment unless the item is defective. 

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items smelling of cologne, smoke, or showing signs of wear will be rejected. 

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. As our main fulfillment center is located in Asia, please note that return shipping internationally can be expensive. We highly recommend checking our Size Guide carefully before placing an order. 

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, my bad! Please email us at somethingstore4313@gamil.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will sort it out immediately at no cost to you.
